Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the USA. Items are shipped from Idaho.  We do not ship to Canada or other countries at this time. Priority shipping will cost $5.99 for faster shipping if desired and this includes $50 insurance through USPS. 

Orders are prepped, packaged, and shipped out within 2-3 business days (usually sooner) after payment confirmation, except on national holidays.  We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

If you forget to add a coupon code to your order, we cannot add the discount after purchase is completed.  There isn't a way to adjust this after an order is placed and we apologize.

We carefully package your order in hopes that it arrives safely.  But if you receive an item that you believe to be in damaged condition, email a clear image of the product to theyellowumbrella.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.  We are not responsible for damage caused when opening the package, so please open carefully!

If your address is incorrect, the post office will attempt to deliver to the incorrect address and then it will get sent back to us. This can take around two weeks for the post office to return it to us. We will then process it as a return with refund in the amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping. You may then repurchase the item if still available.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with neighbors and family members to make sure they didn’t receive it by mistake. 

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

If your tracking shows that your package has not be delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please contact us by emailing theyellowumbrella.contact@gmail.com and we’d be happy to help.

We are not responsible if the package isn’t delivered by guaranteed shipping times. We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. Please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
